For construction of a warm and comfortable house it is required to use:
Cast in-situ reinforced concrete finished with polystyrene foam plates is a classical technology for construction of high-quality low-energy houses.
Considering energy consumption and erection cost of cast in-situ reinforced concrete wall by means of dismountable concrete form (cycles for erection and assembly), as well as work connected with finishing with polystyrene foam plates we combine the two processes into one and obtain a game-changing BRIXX technology.
Foreign technologies for erection of houses, housing complexes in Ukraine have not yet found such a mass application in construction as opposed to building materials.
One of such technologies of modern construction is BRIXX.
Using BRIXX while construction of monolithic reinforced concrete wall, a permanent polystyrene foam form of ready-made heat blocks is used.
This technology is not only simple and economic, but also impresses with its fastness and high quality.
It takes only 3 working days for erection of one storey of a house with the area of about 300 sq. m. and wall height of 3 m.
Advantages of BRIXX technology :
The irrefutable advantage of "Thermal house" technology, and may be also the principal one is a significant reduction of maintenance expenses connected with heating and conditioning of your house.
BRIXX technology is used for fast construction of comfortable and inexpensive houses and structures.
This technology can be applied for construction of the following:
Since January 1995 the State construction norms DBN B.2.6-6-95 have been established in Ukraine for designing and construction of houses by means of permanent form technology made of polystyrene blocks, allowing for construction of five-storey THERMAL HOUSES. Construction is allowed in areas with estimated seismicity rate up to 6 points inclusive.
In the whole world the most widely spread in the sphere of construction nowadays is a technology for erection of cast-in-situ houses with application of permanent polystyrene form - heat block.
Polystyrene used by us is manufactured by "BASF" Group, Germany, and consists of the natural substance styrene, which we eat together with strawberry, nuts and other food products, as well as it is applied for food products packing, for baby food also.
This material is nonradioactive, neutral (i.e. it is not a food solution for bacteria and mold fungi), moisture-resisting, does not resolve and does not pollute ground waters, does not attract insects and gnawing animals. It is ecologically safe and certified as for ecological cleanness.
Foam polystyrene looks like foam plastic but it dramatically differs by its physical and mechanical characteristics due to which it draws special attention both as a thermal insulation, and as means for permanent form, which surely stands concrete pressure during cast-in-situ construction.
Heat blocks are heat- and soundproof blocks for fast construction of houses and cottages, walls whereof are made of hollow foam polystyrene blocks filled in with concrete. With gaining strength, concrete forms a monolithic structure of a building, and foam polystyrene serves as a perfect warmth-keeping jacket. The wall outside is either finished with tile or brick, or in plaster. Such a construction is 40% cheaper than a common brick wall.
